Swedish Enduro Classic
The Swedish Enduro Classic consists of the Stångebroslaget race in Linköping, the Ränneslättsloppet race in Eksjö, and concludes with the Gotland Grand National on Gotland.
A commemorative medal is automatically sent to riders who have met the criteria for all three races in the same year.
Participants are tracked from each individual race through the final race of the year (the Gotland Grand National), which publishes the results list after the race. The criteria vary depending on the race, as the level of difficulty differs.
The medals will be awarded as follows
• Everyone who has participated in all the races during the same year receives the bronze-striped medal for that year.
• Bronze (black medal) for riders who have completed the classic 5 years in a row.
• Silver medal for riders who have completed the classic 10 years in a row.
• Gold medal for riders who have completed the classic 15 years in a row.
• Gold wreath for riders who have completed the classic 20 years in a row.
The Classic Medals will be mailed out about one month after the GGN event.
The Criteria
Stångebroslaget
The requirement is that drivers in classes 1–3 must complete at least 4 laps; drivers in classes 4–11 must complete at least 3 laps; and drivers in classes 13–15 and the Youth 20–23 category must complete at least 50% of the number of laps completed by the class winner. (NOTE: The Youth Classic is recalculated separately when drivers move up to the Senior Classic.)
Ränneslättsloppet
Drivers in classes 1–3 must complete at least 4 laps; drivers in classes 4–9 and class 13 must complete at least 3 laps. Riders in classes 10–12 and classes 14–17 must have completed at least 50% of the winner’s finish time per lap. (NOTE: The Youth Classic is calculated separately when riders move up to the Senior Classic.)
Gotland Grand National
The requirement is that riders in the competition classes (1–3) must complete at least 4 laps, and those in the recreational classes must complete 3 laps. For the Youth Class and Veteran Class, riders must have completed at least 50% of the winner’s finish time per lap. (NOTE: The Youth Classic is calculated separately when riders move up to the Main Classic.)
New! Gold Helmet classes 65cc and 85cc will be included starting in 2024.
