#GGN300GIRLS

GGN VS. 300 GIRLS

Now, together, we’re going to make sure we reach 300 girls and women at the GGN. The world’s largest enduro race, the Gotland Grand National—with over 3,000 participants—is now making a major push to get 300 girls and women on the starting line. The sport is dominated by boys and men, who make up 95% of the participants today. Together with ten proud partners, we’re now aiming to increase the number of women from 100 to 300 participants. We’re offering a 50% discount to all women who have never ridden in the GGN before.

Along with new prize money for the women’s overall category, we are now making this major push toward our shared goal. To increase female participation in enduro and at GGN, we’re offering a discount for women competing in the race for the first time. To receive a 50% discount on the entry fee, enter the code GGNMOT300TJEJER2026*. This applies to anyone competing in the GGN for the first time in the Gold Helmet, Youth, Recreational, Veteran, and Military classes. Does not apply to classes 1, 2, 3, and 18. *The registration system will detect if you have previously competed in the GGN.

AMBASSADORS

At the Gotland Grand National, as a woman, you have a wide range of options to compete in the class that suits you best. There are both recreational and elite classes, as well as classes for different types of vehicles. The GGN also offers classes for our young girls. There is a youth class for ages 12–16 and Gold Helmet classes for the youngest participants up to age 12, divided into girls’ and boys’ categories.

Ellie Stering

Ellie Stering. I'm 7 years old and in first grade. I livein Dalarö with my mom, dad, and my little sister Meya.

I'm a lively, fun-loving girl who loves to ride motocross and enduro.

My fondest enduro memory was when I rode my first GGN in 2024—I was only 5 years old. It was so awesome!!

A lot of people cheered me on, and I rode all the way to the finish line. It was muddy at times, and there were big puddles. I got stuck once—my tire got stuck.

For me, riding a motorcycle is so much more than just the ride—it’s also about all the friends and all the wonderful moments we share together.

And of course, the best part of all—coffee and pastries!

I’ll always have a big smile on my face when I’m riding. It feels like every day is a new adventure, and I’m looking forward to competing in more GGN races and everything else exciting that’s coming up! I hope I can inspire more girls to start riding motorcycles. Come on—it’s going to be super fun 😉

Holly Frohlund

My name is Holly, I’m 9 years old, and I live in Jönköping. I started riding motocross when I was 3 years old and have improved a lot on the track since then. In 2023, I competed in GGN in the 50cc class, and in 2024, I raced in the 65cc class. My goal for GGN 2.0 in 2025 is to have a lot of fun and to try to finish among the top girls in the 65cc class. In 2024, I raced the entire Classic, and that’s a goal I have for 2025 as well. In 2024, I competed in several motocross races, including the European Junior E Championship, and for 2025, the plan is to squeeze in a fun race abroad.

Isabelle Rosborg

Bella, 31, rides a Triumph TF250X these days. Originally, the idea was that enduro would just be a winter activity—something to keep me busy while I waited for the road racing season to start up again. But that’s not quite how it turned out—now enduro is a year-round part of my life. The muddier and rougher the trails get, the more fun it is.

For me, enduro isn’t just about competing—it’s above all about community. Being part of this world and sharing experiences with like-minded people is what really motivates me. The races are a bonus—and when it comes to the highlights of the year, GGN is without a doubt the absolute best.

Sofia Grelsson

My name is Sofia Grelsson; I’m 29 years old and currently live in Uppsala. I grew up in Norrland and have been combining motocross with team gymnastics since I was a child. For several years now, I’ve been competing in the Swedish Championships in both disciplines and have, among other achievements, a Swedish Championship gold medal in team gymnastics and a victory in the GGN women’s recreational class under my belt. In addition, I hold two degrees—a bachelor’s degree in investigative criminology and a law degree—and I currently work full-time as a corporate lawyer.

As an ambassador for GGN, I hope to inspire more girls to step up, dare to try new things, and show that with the right determination and discipline, it’s possible to combine high-level sports with education and a career. I also want to highlight the importance of supporting one another in motorsports so we can share the joy and amazing sense of community it brings—GGN is a fantastic hub and a goal that so many can come together and unite around, regardless of skill level!

Camilla Blomberg

I began my enduro career in 2015; that same year, I competed in my first GGN, and I’ve raced in the event seven times since then. Enduro is something I’m truly passionate about and love.
I’ve been an ambassador for the race ever since we launched the project to reach our goal of having 300 women at the starting line.

In addition, I organize camps, team competitions, training days, get-togethers, and vlogs from competitions—with a focus on the women’s classes—as well as other activities within women’s enduro to create a fun and safe community where everyone can feel welcome!

Andrine Westin Ekberg

Andrine, a happy little troublemaker who makes a lot of noise 😊 I started my enduro/motocross journey at GGN 2021, with a total of 10 hours of riding experience before the start! Then I was hooked. I was drawn into an absolutely amazing world that never stops giving!

Sense of mastery – Community – Joy – Adrenaline rushes +++

You'll often find me on or under a KTM 250 EXC-F Six Days. I was born in Norway but now live in Skåne, where I ride for FMCK Hässleholm 2026.

I love recruiting and bringing people into the world of motorsports, and I’m always on the lookout for new, exciting adventures on two wheels. I’m scared of it, but I’m giving it a try anyway!!

I’m looking forward to seeing everyone at GGN for the sixth time this year.
GGN is an adventure you won’t want to miss—come join us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mafalda Jansson

My name isMafaldaJansson, and I've been riding my motorcycle for 4 years now—which has meant lots of fun races, new friends, and great memories!

I have three GGNs under my belt: two at Tofta (2022 and 2023) and one on the new track (2025). GGN has always been one of the highlights of the year, not just for the driving itself, but also for everything that goes along with it and all the wonderful people there!

I'm really excited to continue as an ambassador and keep recruiting more awesome girls to join us at the starting line this fall!

Anita Pedersen

My name is Anita Pedersen, and I am 52 years old.
I live just outside Oslo, specifically in Nittedal in Eastern Norway. Norway

This year will be my sixth time racing on Gotland! I was incredibly happy to take third place in my class last year (2024).
It would be really fun to get a better finish this year 🤩. That means I’ll have to work hard, but I’m ready for it!

Racing in the Gotland Grand National had long been a dream of mine! I’ve always heard that this is something everyone should do at least once—the highlight of the year! That turned out to be absolutely true—the GGN is an amazing experience, a well-organized race with lots of people, and Gotland is beautiful! You have to experience this for yourself!

I started riding enduro in 2018, but I’d done a lot of motocross before that! I started motocross as an adult—it’s never too late to get into this sport! If you want to, just go for it!

My passion is to inspire and motivate other girls and women to take up this sport. It’s incredibly rewarding. I’d be more than happy to help if anyone has questions or wants some tips ahead of GGN 2026.

Petra Kåre

My name is Petra Kåre; I'm 36 years old and live just outside Uppsala. I work as a consultant in the telecommunications industry and recently completed my training as a construction and civil engineering manager.
I started motocross when I was just 10 years old, and the sport has been a big part of my life ever since. Between 2006 and 2013, I actively competed in the Swedish Motocross Championships (SM), where my best result was a 5th-place finish overall. I’ve also competed in Norway, where my best result was a 2nd-place finish in the Norwegian Motocross Championships (NM). In addition to motocross, I’ve also participated in two enduro classics and two editions of the Gotland Grand National.
After my years competing in the Swedish Championships, I’ve kept racing—mainly because it’s still so much fun—but with a different focus than before: more joy in racing and fewer pressure to perform. Injuries, especially to my shoulders, have unfortunately led to a few forced breaks, and in January of this year, I also had knee surgery. But my goal is to be back on the starting line at GGN this fall!
What makes the Gotland Grand National so special is the sense of community, the energy, and the feeling that everyone is there for the same reason—because riding a motorcycle is incredibly fun. As an ambassador, I want to inspire more girls to dare to give it a try, whether they’re beginners or have been riding for a long time. The most important thing is to have fun, challenge yourself, and take the plunge. The more girls we have out on the track and in the woods, the more fun the sport will be!
