GGN Challenge
A combination of GGN’s MTB and Enduro.
A combination of GGN’s MTB and Enduro.
Now you can push yourself even further during the Gotland Grand National weekend on Gotland. We’re now offering the GGN Challenge, which is a combined challenge featuring Thursday’s GGN MTB and Friday’s or Saturday’s GGN Enduro race. The total times will be combined to calculate lap times for this challenge. This is solely a challenge and not a race; therefore, no results list will be published, but times will be displayed in alphabetical order.
To participate in the GGN Challenge, you must register for both competitions separately and notify us at info@nordicsportevent.se that you intend to participate in this combined challenge.
MTB at the Gotland Grand National in collaboration with the Swedish Cycling Federation. The race will take place on Thursday (the day before the GGN begins). The format will be a lap race with 2 hours of riding time. The course is brand-new and unique, and will be separate from the enduro track, which means it will be faster, simpler, and feature a lot of cycling. The course is approximately 9 km long.

What do you need to participate in GGN Enduro?
To participate in the world’s largest enduro race, the Gotland Grand National, you must have a license for the race issued by Svemo. You can only obtain a license if you are a member of a Svemo-affiliated club, so that is the first thing you need to do. The license serves as insurance for you as a participant in case something happens to you or another participant or official during the race. If you’re coming from another country, you’ll need a starting permit from your country’s federation.
You can purchase your license here: https://www.svemo.se/Service/forforare/Licens/
How do you know I'm participating in the GGN Challenge?
You need to send us an email at info@nordicsportevent.se and let us know that you intend to participate in the GGN MTB E-Bike and Enduro races. That way, we can keep track of your two different races and combine your laps and times.
