Prize money will nearly double in 2022
Ahead of GGN 2021, the organizer set aside new prize money for the women’s overall category, with this year’s winners also eligible to receive 25,000. Previously, the women competed for the overall title alongside the men. However, as part of our investment in girls and women, new prize money was introduced.
"We, as organizers, want the best enduro riders to be able to earn money from their sport, just as they do in other sports, and that is why we are making these investments in prize money. Our goal is to increase the prize money every year until 2024," says Conny Bohlin.
By 2022, we will increase the total funding pool to SEK 198,000, divided as follows.
