Award-Winning Australian Star Jessica Gardiner Confirmed for GGN 2026
The world’s largest enduro race, Gotland Grand National (GGN), is proud to announce that Australian star Jessica Gardiner will compete in the 2026 edition of the event.
Jessica Gardiner has one of the most distinguished careers in women’s enduro, with nine Australian Enduro Championship titles, a French Enduro Championship title, three FIM Enduro World Championship bronze medals, and the 2024 FIM Women’s Enduro World Championship runner-up title.

“Jessica’s participation at GGN and on the island of Gotland is an important part of our commitment to developing women’s racing. We want young girls and boys visiting Gotland with their families to have the opportunity to watch and learn from the very best riders in the world. Through our collaboration with Yamaha Center Västerås, who are providing Jessica with a Yamaha WR250, we are making her participation possible. We already have Sweden’s top riders confirmed in both the women’s and men’s classes, and Jessica’s presence further strengthens the international field,” says Conny Bohlin of Nordic Sport & Event.

Nordic Sport & Event launched its global television expansion in 2025, and the 2026 edition of Gotland Grand National will feature a total of 12 hours of live international broadcasting over two days.
As part of this international strategy, attracting world-class riders who can challenge the strong Nordic competitors is a key objective. Sweden’s elite riders are among the strongest in the sport and will face international competition on the demanding 25-kilometre course across the unique terrain of Gotland.

Gotland Grand National is the world’s largest enduro race, attracting more than 3,000 riders from approximately 15 countries each year.
-Established in 1984, the event has been held for 42 consecutive years.
-Competitors range in age from approximately 5 to 75 years.
-The race course covers approximately 25 kilometres of classic Gotland terrain.
-The event generates around 28,000 guest nights during race week.
-Annual economic impact on the local economy is approximately SEK 100 million.
-Around SEK 800,000 is generated annually for local sports clubs and associations.
-12 hours of live broadcasting in 2026 across two days.
-Event dates: October 22–24, 2026.
