ACLAIMED STAR JESSICA GARDINER FROM AUSTRALIA IS READY FOR GGN 2026!

The world's largest enduro race, the Gotland Grand National (GGN), is now proud to present star rider Jessica Gardiner from Australia.

Jessica Gardiner has an extensive and impressive list of achievements, including nine (9) Australian championships, a French championship, and three bronze medals in the Enduro World Championship.

“It’s incredibly exciting that we’ve now finalized the deal with Jessica Gardiner,” says Conny Bohlin, CEO of Nordic Sport & Event.

-Jessica Gardiner’s visit to GGN and Gotland is an important part of our initiative focused specifically on girls and women. Our young girls and boys should be able to watch and learn from the best when they come to Gotland with their families. Through a partnership with Yamaha Center in Västerås, which is preparing a Yamaha WR 250 for Jessica, we’re making it possible for her to participate in GGN. We already have Sweden’s elite riders in place on both the women’s and men’s sides,” says Conny Bohlin from the organizer Nordic Sport & Event.

Achievements of Jessica Gardiner:
-Inducted into the Australian Motorsport Hall of Fame (the same year as Australian motocross and supercross legend Chad Reed)
-Inducted into the Motorcycling NSW Hall of Fame
-9-time Australian enduro champion
-6-time winner of the FIM International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) Women’s World Trophy
-Two-time overall individual winner in the women’s class at the ISDE
-European Enduro Champion
-French Enduro Champion
-Three-time World Championship bronze medalist in women’s enduro
-2024 Women’s Enduro World Championship runner-up

As early as 2025, the organizer, Nordic Sport & Event, launched its major global initiative to broadcast the event on international TV worldwide, and now, in 2026, a full 12 hours will be broadcast live from this year’s competition. As part of the global initiative launched by Nordic Sport & Event, it is of the utmost importance to attract international stars who can challenge the talented competitors from the Nordic countries. The top Swedish competitors are of a very high caliber on the challenging 25-kilometer course.

The Gotland Grand National is the world’s largest enduro race and attracts over 3,000 participants from about 15 countries each year.
-The Gotland Grand National began in 1984 and has been held for 42 consecutive years.
-Participants range in age from about 5 to 75 years old.
-Approximately 25 km course through Gotland’s terrain
-28,000 guest nights during race week
-Approximately 100 million kronor in annual revenue for the local business community
-Approximately 800,000 kronor donated to local clubs and organizations annually
-12 hours of live broadcast in 2026 (spread over two days)
