A favorable ruling for GGN 2.0 from the Land and Environment Court!
A favorable ruling for GGN 2.0 from the Land and Environment Court! ![]()
After 12 months of hard work and significant investments, we have today received the first of two important court rulings regarding GGN 2.0. The Land and Environment Court has dismissed the appeal filed by the private individuals and, in part, by the association (where we had already met their demands).
We are now awaiting the next ruling from the Administrative Court, which is handling the off-road driving permit. We have also filed a request there to begin construction of the track before GGN 2.0 becomes final. The Land and Environment Court states that we should have been allowed to begin work six weeks after submitting the request for consultation, in accordance with Chapter 12, Section 6.
The Land and Environment Court has listened to us and ruled on the case in 12 days (perhaps a world record)
). We're incredibly excited this Friday and are now looking forward to GGN 2.0. Thanks for cheering us on! ![]()
