GRAHAM JARVIS, 5-TIME WINNER OF THE ERZBERG RODEO AND 7-TIME WINNER OF THE ROMANIAC, IS READY FOR THE GGN!
The world's largest enduro race—the Gotland Grand National, now in its 40th consecutive year—has, through its partner 24MX, secured yet another world-class rider for this year's event.
– We welcome Graham Jarvis back to Gotland and GGN. He was last here in 2018 when GGN participated in the WESS World Series. The world-class riders struggled with the GGN track back then, but now Jarvis knows what to expect on the challenging GGN track. He’s coming to Gotland to compete at the top level, and GGN’s management once again welcomes big names from outside Sweden to the competition. Jarvis is a star in the industry who will be a crowd favorite both at the track and during the live broadcast on SVT Sport,” says Conny Bohlin of Nordic Sport & Event.
– Ashkan Aghili from GGN partner 24MX says he is happy and proud to have successfully signed Jarvis to participate in this year’s GGN. “Jarvis is a name everyone in the industry knows, and his massive following and frequent presence on social media mean that his participation in this year’s GGN will put GGN on the global map,” says Ashkan.
– Graham Jarvis himself is looking forward to returning to Gotland and the GGN, which is the world’s largest competition with over 3,000 participants. “I learned a lot from my last appearance, and I’ll see you at the GGN,” Graham Jarvis concludes.
The Gotland Grand National has also increased the prize money for the top male and female finishers; at the 2023 GGN, the top male and female finishers will each take home 75,000 SEK. The runners-up will receive 35,000 SEK each, and third-place finishers will receive 15,000 SEK each.
The Gotland Grand National is the world’s largest enduro race, with over 3,000 participants from about 17 different countries each year. In 2023, the race will take place October 26–28 at the Tofta firing range on Gotland.
