ART OF THE COMPETITION
Enduro Type 2 Special – Lap race International, about 14 km per lap for Youth and Veteran, for exercise classes about 25,5 km per lap. In Golden helmet about 3 km per lap . Starting place GGN 2.0. Average speed of about 35 km / h. Open to both registered and unregistered vehicles, not driving license requirements.
RUN TIME
Gold helmet – In all classes the driving time is 45 min. At 45 minutes, the participants are flagged off.
Youth – In all classes the driving time is 2 hours. At 2 hours, the light comes on at laps/finish and the driver must then drive off the track. The participant may go out on one last lap before the clock has passed 1:59:59 and complete that lap.
Veteran class – In all classes the driving time is 60 min. At 60 minutes, the light comes on in laps/finish and the driver must then drive off the track. The participant may go out on one last lap before the clock has passed 0:59:59 and complete that lap.
Exercise class – In all classes the driving time is 3 hours. At 3 hours, the light comes on at laps/finish and the driver must then drive off the track. The participant may go out on one last lap before the clock has passed 2:59:59 and complete that lap. The participants are responsible for looking at the lights at the turn that are lit for each starting group when it is time to drive off the track at 3 hours.
The last lap is automatically deducted if the driver goes out on his last lap when the time has elapsed. Applies to All classes except gold helmet.
PARTICIPANT
Golden helmet – For drivers who even the current year celebrates 12 years at up to 85 cc 2-stroke.
Drivers in Gold Helmet must have completed Gold Helmet course in enduro and hold a Gold Helmet license. Gold helmets are only open to national participants.
YOUTH
Participation in class 1: Fr. that year the driver turns 12 years.
Participation in class 2: Fr. that year the driver turns 13 years.
The driver must hold a Svemo youth license for enduro, or a license for another Svemo discipline with the additional branch Youth Enduro. Drivers who are 15-16 years old can redeem a junior license that also applies to youth class but must not compete in both youth and junior class on the same race day.
VETERAN
Drivers who are at least 15 years of age and hold Svemo issued annual license for Enduro license class Junior, Senior, Elite, alternatively license for another Svemo discipline with additional branch Enduro or temporary license. The FIM and UEM international licenses for enduro also apply (international drivers are also required a start permit from federation). Important! Youth license does not apply.
AMATEUR
Drivers who are at least 15 years of age and hold Svemo issued annual license for Enduro license class Junior, Senior, Elite, alternatively license for another Svemo discipline with additional branch Enduro or temporary license. The FIM and UEM international licenses for enduro also apply (international drivers are also required a start permit from federation). Drivers who are 15 years of age in the current year must hold an approved junior license from SVEMO. Important! Youth license does not apply
REGISTRATION
The registration takes place on the website, www.gotlandgrandnational.se where the starting fee for Golden helmet 695 SEK, Youth 795 SEK, Veteran class 895 SEK, Exercise class 1995 SEK is paid in connection with the registration. Immediately after a correct notification has been made, a confirmation email is sent that the notification has been approved. Incorrect notification is not noted as notification. The race management will not contact the driver by phone to correct the incorrect notification.

Register between October 25 and November 30, 2024, and receive a discount of 200 SEK for amateur classes, 100 SEK discount from December 1 to December 31, 2024, and 100 SEK discount on other classes until December 31, 2024. Late registration starts on September 1, 2025, at which point the fee increases by 400 SEK. Prices include 6% VAT as it is a sports competition.
END OF REGISTRATION TIME
Registration closes on August 31 at 24:00, when we close seeding. Late registration is available until 48 hours before the start, with an additional fee of 400 SEK.
START CONFIRMATION
Be sure to enter the correct email address at registration. Start confirmation, PM and all necessary information will be sent via email. All information is eventually posted on the website as no PM / information will be sent via regular mail. Start numbers can be found in the start list on the website after September 25th. (If you oppose getting your name published on the Internet in start and result lists must be notified in writing to the Office, see under the heading Office). Important! The application must be approved by the parent / guardian, who must sign a parental insurance on a special form in connection with the check-in.
LICENSE
A national enduro license is required or a temporary license for the competition. License and ID must be presented at check-in at the competition site. If you do not have a license, you can redeem a temporary license via Svemo TA. Visit Svemo’s website www.svemo.se. Paid license must be shown at the competition site material or digitally. It is not possible to buy a license at the competition site but must be resolved before. Foreign drivers must hold a valid FIM / FIM Europe license or driver’s license issued by their home country’s motor federation with a start permit. The organizer cannot issue a temporary license for foreign drivers.
For participants in Youth and Gold helmet classes, the requirement for guardians according to SR Enduro 2.1.6 applies.
STARTING POSITION/ START
Sorting of starting positions takes place in each startup group after last year’s placement for Youth and Exercise Class. If you have made your registration after 1/9 you will automatically be placed in the turn you made your application and thus not be seeded. United start takes place in all classes except Golden helmet which starts 2 and 2 with time intervals. The first lap is partly a master lap with a rider.

Only Solo motorcycles category 1 Group A1 may be used.
YOUTH
Class 1, Machine class E0 according to SR Enduro (From 49cc to 85cc 2-stroke and from 75cc to 150cc 4-stroke).
Class 2, Machine class E1 according to SR Enduro (From 100cc to 144cc 2-stroke and 175cc to 250cc 4-stroke).
GOLDEN HELMET
Class 3, Mc over 65cc to 85cc 2-stroke and from 75cc to 150cc 4-stroke (SR Enduro 9.5.1).
Class 4, Mc over 50cc to 65cc 2-stroke (SR Enduro 9.5.1).
Class 5, Mc max 50cc 2-stroke (SR Enduro 9.5.1).
AMATEUR
Class 7, 8, 9, 12 & 13 Machine classes E1, E2 and E3 according to the Enduro regulations Chapter 3 and MX 2 and MX1 according to the Motocross regulations chapter 3. It is now allowed to participate with electric bikes in all amateur classes. Enduro Electric (EEl) is subject to the same rules as the machine class E3, meaning participants must be at least 18 years old.
MILITARY
Class 10: Professional and reserve officer, soldier and trained instructor in FMCK with military MC 258. Dress according to SVEMO Competition Regulations.
VETERAN
You can participate in the Veteran and other classes during Friday and Saturday.
Class 14: “Pre 74” According to the Cross & Trial Veterans’ Regulations. Mc made before 1975.
Class 15: According to the Cross & Trial Veterans’ Regulations. Mc with dual shock absorbers, air cooled engine, drum brakes and manufactured 1975-1985.
Class 16: “EVO” According to the Cross & Trial Veterans regulations, mc manufactured before 1990 with simple shock absorber, water cooled engine, and disc brake.
Class 17: “Super EVO” According to the Cross & Trial Veterans regulations, mc at least 21 years old.

RACE VEHICLE MOTION
Only Solo motorcycles category I group A1 may be used. Machine classes E1, E2 and E3 according to the Enduro regulations Chapter 3 and MX 2 and MX1 according to the Motocross regulations chapter 3. Class 11 (Adventure) aim for CC over 600.
DRIVING VEHICLE MILITARY CLASS
Is open to professional officers, reserve officers and employed soldiers in the armed forces as well as drivers in FMCK. It should be run on military mc 258 with military equipment. Important! Drivers must hold SVEMO’s annual enduro or temporary license issued on the Svemo website and cannot be redeemed on site.
EQUIPMENT
Mandatory clothing is: Approved safety helmet, boots or boots that provide good protection for both foot and ankle, comprehensive protective clothing, gloves that provide good protection against hand injuries, face mask or protection for teeth if an integral helmet is not used and back protection that meets minimum SVEMO: . Tire equipment is optional, but no tire studs are allowed in the competition. Loose sight discs on goggles (tear off) are not allowed in enduro. NOTE! Punishment according to the rule book SR.E 2.6: 1. Warning, 2. Penalty 500: -, 3. Exclusion. It is allowed to change glasses along the entire course. It is also allowed to have glasses handed over along the track.
TIMING
The competition uses electronic reading equipment. Each contestant is responsible for ensuring that the borrowed transponder is carried throughout the competition in accordance with the organizer’s instructions which are on the check-in envelope. That gives lap times and intermediate times during the course of the competition. The driver can also be followed live via the website www.gotlandgrandnational.se Unpaid transponder is invoiced with SEK 1250 afterwards by the organizer. If it is not returned or paid, you will not be able to start the next year in GGN.

COMPETITION NUMBER ACCORDING TO SVEMO’S RULES
Competition numbers must be obtained and placed on the motorcycle through the drivers’ own care. The motorcycle must be equipped with three competition number plates. A sign must be mounted at the front and across the motorcycle. The other two are placed along each side of the machine, above the rear axle and the footpeg, so that a distance of at least 200 mm is formed between the leading edge of the number plate and a line drawn vertically through the footpeg. Competition numbers shall be made in block style and the minimum size of the figures shall be: height 100 mm, width 50 mm (exception 1st) and bar width 20 mm.

Not provided by the organizer.
ENVIRONMENT
Absorbent environmental protection (environmental mat according to Svemo’s regulations) as protection against spillage on the ground should be used for service and refueling. Caution should be exercised during canning operations to minimize spillage. Drivers / Teams who do not have environmental mats are not allowed access to the service area, ie depots and tank trail. Failure to comply with the above will be punished with a penalty fee of SEK 500/ exclusion (SR Enduro 5.6.3). Service only allowed at designated designated location. All other driving in the terrain, other than driving on the track during an ongoing race, is a violation of the Off Road Driving Act.
CHECKING-IN
Takes place in the check-in tent at the competition area at Tofta starting Thursday 12.00 for all Friday drivers. There, the starting envelope is retrieved, with license plate and borrowed transponder. Enter the start number and show valid license and identification.

INSPECTION
Happens in the competition area. When inspecting, transponders are also distributed, which are distributed in the check-in envelope. Important! Highest Sound Level The sound level is measured according to the method 2 meters max, the highest sound level is 112 dB (A). The inspection opening hours are published in the PM, which expires around September 25.

PRICE ASSESSMENT
“The participant in each class who has run the most laps in the shortest time within the specified driving time is the winner in the class”. It is up to each driver to keep track of the warning light when the class driving time is over. All drivers who have driven at least one lap are placed in the result list. All competitors who start receive a commemorative medal and are also awarded honorary prizes.
GGN CHALLENGE
GGN Challenge is a combination between Thursday’s MTB and Friday’s or Saturday’s GGN MC. For riders (Thursday) and (Friday or Saturday). The total times are combined to produce combination laps/time in the Women’s and Men’s class. You must register for both competitions separately and notify us at info@nordicsportevent.se that you intend to participate in GGN Challenge.
LIMIT
60 minutes after the end of the driving time for each class. The appeal of the results list must be made within 30 minutes after the results have been posted.
PUBLICATION OF RESULTS
The results list is posted at the competition site at the check-in booths as soon as the time period for each class has expired. The results list is also available on the website, www.gotlandgrandnational.se. The protest time according to SVEMO’s rules is 30 minutes after the results list has been allocated. It is the responsibility of each participant to monitor their results according to the above. The list of results is also estimated at the award ceremony.
AWARDS FOR YOUTH & GOLD HELMET
Receives a medal and trophies, which are collected in connection with the transponder submission. Prize ceremony takes place on Wisby Strand during the evening’s prize giving with a subsequent taco buffet.
AWARDS FOR OTHER CLASSES
Award ceremony for places 1-3 for classes 1–12 and 18 takes place at Wisby Strand during the evening’s Award ceremony. Medals and trophies for those who won, in addition to placing 1-3 in all classes, are obtained in connection with the submission of the transponder in the check-in tent at Tofta.
SWEDISH ENDUROCLASSICS
Medals for the participants who have completed the criteria for a Swedish Enduro Classic will have these sent home automatically approximately one month after the end of the competition and will be published in the results for the Swedish Enduro Classic for 2024.
RESPONSIBILITY
All beginners in GGN’s all classes must have an approved enduro license from the Swedish Motorcycle and Snowmobile Association (Svemo). As a driver, you are insured for personal injury during the competition. You as the driver are responsible for ensuring your motor vehicle yourself since the license via Svemo does not apply in case of damage to the vehicle.
During the competition in the new area, there is a total ban on driving any motorized vehicle (applies to the entire competition area and outside the track). Should anyone (this also applies to service personnel, teams, or family members of competitors) contravene these regulations, the person concerned is suspended from GGN next year. Everyone with a vehicle permit may drive to and from the assigned depot. All competitors may drive to the starting area before their start with a maximum speed of 30 km/h. This means that others, service personnel, teams, or family members can get there on foot or by bicycle.
We have to do this measure so that GGN can continue for many more years in the new area, which is water-protected and with consideration for landowners and nearby residents.
ILLEGAL DRIVING IN THE AREA All forms of illegal driving in the area and on the GGN track outside of competition during the remainder of the year are prohibited. You must understand that we can only organize GGN for more years if you follow this simple rule. We have promised landowners and authorities that you will not abuse this. We will permanently ban anyone caught from competing on GGN.

Doctors and medical staff are on the competition site during the race day.

- GENERAL
These General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) apply to competitions / events organized by the NSE or appointed organizer of the NSE. By the terms “NSE,” is meant Nordic Sport & Event AB, org. 556761-0489. Completed purchase of space for any of our competitions / events means that you agree to our Terms and Conditions at any time. To participate in some of our competitions / events, you must have reached a certain age. If you register for a race for a person other than yourself, you are responsible for ensuring that this person has attended and complies with our terms and conditions. Please note that for some of our competitions / events there is a time limit for implementation, and you are aware of and accept that we may therefore finish a race before you have reached the finish line. - REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
A purchase of a venue for our competitions / events can be canceled up to 24 hours after the purchase has been completed. Thereafter, the application is considered definitive, and you are not entitled to demand a refund of the fee. Purchases of starting places in sporting events on a specific day or for a specified period of time are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Law (2005: 59) on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises. * EXCEPTION WHEN PURCHASING CANCELLATION PROTECTION. - REBUD
For reimbursement, read our rules under the heading of cancellation protection * below. If you would like to cancel your participation in any of our competitions / events email us at info@nordicsportevent.se. Cancellation cover can be purchased for SEK 100 per person. The cancellation cover will not be refunded. - * CANCELLATION PROTECTION
Cancellation cover costs 150 SEK. The registration fee in addition to an administrative fee of SEK 150 is refunded on the purchase of cancellation cover. Does not apply to travel or accommodation in connection with the competition / event. The cancellation cover can only be taken out in connection with the application. Cancellation can be canceled. 10 days before competition / event with cancellation protection (medical certificate or certificate from the authority is always required) Otherwise, the entry fee will not be refunded. The cancellation fee will not be refunded. The cancellation cover applies if the following occurs.
– Deaths, illnesses or accidents of a serious nature, affecting yourself, spouse, partner, your or their parents, children, siblings or fellow travelers.
– Invitation to the armed forces or civil defense.
– There is some other serious incident outside your control, eg extensive fire or flooding in your home, which means that it is not reasonable to request that you stick to your application. You must be able to prove your obstacle with a certificate from a doctor, authority or insurance company. Certificates that arrive later than 7 days after the cancellation date are not considered. Cancellation cover 150 SEK (0% VAT). * See further information under the liability section. If cancellation protection has not been taken out at the time of registration, we reserve the right not to refund any of the registration fee. - CHANGE OF PARTICIPANT NAMES
The registration for our competitions / events is personal and you must not allow anyone else to participate in your name or hand over the registration to anyone else. - PERSONAL DATA
By approving these General Terms and Conditions you agree that your name and year of birth will be published in our start and result lists. You who for personal reasons do not want your name to appear in the start or result lists can notify us by e-mail: info@nordicsportevent.se. Indicate which race (s) it refers to. Nordic Sport & Event complies with the Swedish Data Inspectorate’s rules regarding the handling of personal data. By submitting your application you agree that your name will be registered and published in start and result lists, including on our website. Nordic Sport & Event processes your personal data in order to handle your requests, as well as to create a registration profile. The personal data and registration profile is used to register for the race and match you with any previous registration, so as to link your previous statistics to you. The personal details and registration profile are also used to contact you, as well as to communicate information and offers. In order for us to form an idea of what you are interested in, we use the information you provide. You can choose to stop receiving more information from Nordic Sport & Event at any time by contacting us at info@nordicsportevent.se In order to be able to offer information that we think is of interest to you, Nordic Sport & Event partners in some cases have the opportunity to promote themselves through our address register via Nordic Sport & Event. Nordic Sport & Event does not share your personal information with its partners or sponsors. You have the right to access your data, get it corrected or, if you wish, get it deleted. We will have photographers and film teams in place when conducting our competitions / events. By agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions you agree that images and films from our competitions / events may be used on websites, in advertisements and printed matter for Nordic Sport & Events competitions / events, without requiring special compensation. If you do not want to appear in the picture, you can notify us at info@nordicsportevent.se. Enter your name, start number and race. All rights to commercial sales of video films / photos from the competition are reserved by Nordic Sport & Event AB. Anyone wishing to purchase film and / or photo rights is asked to contact Nordic Sport & Event’s office info@nordicsportevent.se for permits and agreements well in advance of the competition. Written agreement is included for presentation on inspection. All other sales in the competition area are prohibited without the organizer’s permission. In order to offer a set of different payment options, EST needs your personal, contact and order information. The use of this information is regulated in accordance with the applicable data protection law.
We are very careful about security when entering credit card numbers. All transfers are encrypted and we never store your bank account number or credit card number. When you place your order, the amount is deducted from your account when you confirm the purchase. As a customer, you have an obligation to make sure that there is money in your account at the time of payment. If the account does not have coverage or if for some other reason it is not possible to withdraw the money, your application will not be processed. - BOOKING CONFIRMATION
After you have made your application, we will send you a booking confirmation via email. To ensure that we have received the correct information, you should check the booking confirmation as soon as possible and notify us if something is not right. Incorrect notification is not recorded as a notification. The organizer will not contact participants by phone or email to correct incorrect notification. - LIABILITY
Participation in any of our competitions / events is at your own risk and therefore we cannot be held responsible if you injure yourself or if your clothing or equipment is damaged during any of our races. We cannot be held liable for any damages arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or rules or instructions applicable to any of our competitions / events. The organizer is exempt from liability in the event of a natural disaster, war, decision by the authorities and thus a comparable event beyond our control, which could not reasonably be foreseen and which affects purchases made or commitments on our part (eg our ability to arrange a competition / event). In such an event (Force majeure), the conditions for * cancellation protection do not apply as this is completely outside our “NSE” or designated organizer of NSE’s control. If one of our contests / events is canceled or moved due to an event beyond our control or for the safety of the participants, you are not entitled to demand a refund of the entry fee or other compensation from the organizer. The organizer also does not take any responsibility for canceled transport to and from the competition / event. - DISPUTES
If you are not satisfied with any of our competitions / events, please contact us at info@nordicsportevent.se or 0498-691200. If you are then not satisfied, you can contact the General Complaints Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, or the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. We do not undertake to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures, but will take a final position on this issue in the event of a dispute.

ART OF THE COMPETITION
Enduro Type 2 Special – Lap race International, about 25,5 km per lap. Starting place GGN 2.0. Average speed of max 50 km / h. Open to both registered and unregistered vehicles, not driving license requirements.
RUN TIME
In all classes the driving time is 3 hours. At 3 hours, the light comes on at laps/finish and the driver must then drive off the track. The participant may go out on one last lap before the clock has passed 2:59:59 and complete that lap. The participants are responsible for looking at the lights at the turn that are lit for each starting group when it is time to drive off the track at 3 hours.
The last lap is automatically deducted if the driver goes out on his last lap when the time has elapsed.
PARTICIPANT
Drivers who are at least 15 years of age and hold Svemo issued annual license for Enduro license class Junior, Senior, Elite, alternatively license for another Svemo discipline with additional branch Enduro or temporary license. The FIM and UEM international licenses for enduro also apply (international drivers also require a start permit from the federation). Drivers who are 15 years of age in the current year must hold an approved junior license from SVEMO. Important! Youth license does not apply. New rules for Junior class. Junior class open to drivers with junior, senior or elite license even that year the driver turns 23 years. The organization for GGN has decided in consultation with the Svemo Supervisor that the Elite Dam class is open to drivers with Junior, Senior and Elite licenses.
REGISTRATION
The registration takes place on the website, www.gotlandgrandnational.com where the entry fee 1995 SEK is paid in connection with the registration. Immediately after a correct notification has been made, a confirmation email is sent that the notification has been approved. Incorrect notification is not recorded as a notification. The race management will not contact the driver by phone to correct the incorrect notification.

Gotland Grand National – SEK 1995.
Electric Class – SEK 895.
Register between October 25 and November 30, 2024, and receive a discount of 200 SEK for amateur classes, 100 SEK discount from December 1 to December 31, 2024, and 100 SEK discount on other classes until December 31, 2024. Late registration starts on September 1, 2025, at which point the fee increases by 400 SEK. Prices include 6% VAT as it is a sports competition.
END OF APPLICATION TIME
Late registration starts 31/8 24.00 2025, at which point the fee increases by 400 SEK. Late registration is available until 48 hours before the start, with an additional fee of 400 SEK.
START CONFIRMATION
Be sure to enter the correct email address at registration. Start confirmation, PM and all necessary information will be sent via email. All information is eventually posted on the website as no PM / information will be sent via regular mail. Starting numbers are found under the preliminary start list on the website after the registration period has expired on 1/9. (If you oppose getting your name published on the internet in the start and result lists must be notified in writing to the office, see under the heading office).
LICENSE
License and ID must be presented at check-in at the competition site. If you do not have a license, you can redeem a temporary license via Svemo TA. www.svemo.se. Paid license must be shown at the competition site material or digitally. It is not possible to buy a License at the competition site. Foreign drivers must hold a valid FIM / UEM license or driver’s license issued by their home country’s motor federation with a start permit. The organizer cannot issue a temporary license for foreign drivers.
SEEDING/ START
Seeding is common in each startup group after the previous year’s placement. If you have made your application after 1/9 you will automatically be placed in the turn you made your application and thus not be seeded. United start takes place in all start-groups.
RACE VEHICLES
Only Solo motorcycles category I group A1 may be used. Machine classes E1, E2 and E3 according to the Enduro regulations Chapter 3 and MX 2 and MX1 according to the Motocross regulations chapter 3.
It is now allowed to participate with electric bikes in all fitness classes, including elite, recreational, and junior. Enduro Electric (EEl) is subject to the same rules as the machine class E3, meaning participants must be at least 18 years old.
EQUIPMENT
Mandatory clothing is: Approved safety helmet, boots or boots that provide good protection for both foot and ankle, comprehensive protective clothing, gloves that provide good protection against hand injuries, face mask or protection for teeth if an integral helmet is not used and back protection that meets minimum SVEMO: . Tire equipment is optional, but no tire studs are allowed in the competition. Loose sight discs on goggles (tear off) are not allowed in enduro. NOTE! Punishment according to the rule book SR.E 2.6: 1. Warning, 2. Penalty 500: -, 3. Exclusion. It is allowed to change glasses along the entire course. It is also allowed to have glasses handed over along the track.
TIMING
The competition uses electronic reading equipment. Each contestant is responsible for ensuring that the borrowed transponder is carried throughout the competition in accordance with the organizer’s instructions which are on the check-in envelope. That gives lap times and intermediate times during the course of the competition. The driver can also be followed live via the website www.gotlandgrandnational.se. Unpaid transponders are invoiced for SEK 1250 afterwards by the organizer. If it is not returned or paid, you will not be able to start the next year in GGN.

The organizer reserves the right to place riders in starting position based on last years results. Important! For classes 1, 2 and 3, two mandatory refueling stops in the refueling trail apply to the elite start. (requirement for passing through the refueling trail) Time extension of 5 minutes for drivers who have failed to pass the refueling trail 2 times.
Special rules for electric motorcycles: A special electric zone is available on the fuel trail, but only for electric motorcycles. All electric motorcycles in class 18 must enter the fuel trail for a stop in the electric zone on the first lap. Here, battery changes and battery charging are okay, and the crew will monitor all participants and have safety equipment on-site. For class 18 participants, price assessment will be based on the time from the start to the first lap, but they may continue to compete in the overall winner with classes 1, 2, and 3, requiring at least two stops/passes through the fuel trail, just like classes 1, 2, and 3. Battery changes are also allowed in the electric zone at Arena 2 – Tibble Täkten, but not on other parts of the track. Doing so will result in disqualification. The organizer provides generators for charging with 230V and 16A in the electric zone in Arena 1. Each participant is responsible for their charging cables. Private generators are not allowed.
COMPETITION NUMBER ACCORDING TO SVEMO’S RULES
Competition numbers must be obtained and placed on the motorcycle through the drivers’ own care. The motorcycle must be equipped with three competition number plates. A sign must be mounted at the front and across the motorcycle. The other two are placed along each side of the machine, above the rear axle and the footpeg, so that a distance of at least 200 mm is formed between the leading edge of the number plate and a line drawn vertically through the footpeg. Competition numbers shall be made in block style and the minimum size of the figures shall be: height 100 mm, width 50 mm (exception 1st) and bar width 20 mm.

ENVIRONMENT
Absorbent environmental protection (environmental mat according to Svemo’s regulations) as protection against spillage on the ground should be used for service and refueling. Caution should be exercised during canning operations to minimize spillage. Drivers / Teams who do not have environmental mats are not allowed access to the service area, ie depots and tank trail. Failure to comply with the above will be punished by a fine of SEK 500 / exclusion (SR Enduro 5.6.3). Service only at designated designated place. All other driving in the terrain, other than driving on the track during an ongoing race, is a violation of the Off Road Driving Act.
CHECKING-IN
Happens in the check-in tent at the competition area at Tofta during Friday and Saturday. There, the starting envelope is retrieved, with license plate and borrowed transponder. Enter the starting number and show a valid license and identification.

INSPECTION
Happens in the competition area on Friday and Saturday. When inspecting, transponders are also distributed, which are distributed in the check-in envelope. Important! Highest Sound Level. The sound level is measured according to the method 2 meters max, the highest sound level is 112 dB (A). Sampling is carried out on at least 30% of the number of participants and concerned drivers are notified in writing at check-in. The inspection opening hours are published in the PM, which expires around September 25.
PRICE ASSESSMENT
“The participant in each class who has run the most laps in the shortest time within the specified driving time is the winner in the class”. Maximum number of turns or maximum hours of driving time.
If the winner has run the max time or is able to run out on his last lap before the max pass, the driver number 2 is not entitled to run after the clock has passed the max time. Which means the winner can run off the track on his last lap anywhere. However, if 2 drivers or more are out on their last lap after the maximum time has passed, that lap should be completed regardless of time.
It is up to each driver to keep track of the warning light when the class driving time is over. All drivers who have driven at least one lap are placed in the result list. All competitors who start receive a commemorative medal and are also awarded honorary prizes.
EXCEPTION (CLASS 18 EL-MC)
Price assessment in class 18 is based on the time from start to finish. Otherwise, all electric motorcycles compete under the same conditions as classes 1-3 for the overall ranking if they continue to race.
LIMIT
60 minutes after the end of the driving time for each class.
PUBLICATION OF RESULTS
The results list is posted at the competition site at the information in the exhibition center as soon as the time period for each class has expired. The results are also published on the website under Results, www.gotlandgrandnational.se. The protest time according to SVEMO’s rules is 30 minutes after the results list has been allocated. It is the responsibility of each participant to monitor their results according to the above. The list of results is also estimated at the award ceremony.
AWARD CEREMONY
Overall winner, 2nd 3rd men and woman for Saturday in classes 1–3 must be in place immediately after the finish approx. 15.30. at the designated location. Award ceremony for places 1-3 for classes 1–12 and 18 takes place at Wisby Strand during the evening’s Award ceremony. Medals and trophies for those who won, in addition to placing 1-3 in all classes, are obtained in connection with the submission of the transponder in the check-in tent. The Swedish Armed Trophy is awarded to the victorious Ladies/Men who have won 3 times in a row.

GGN CHALLENGE
GGN Challenge is a combination between Thursday’s MTB and Friday’s or Saturday’s GGN MC. For riders (Thursday) and (Friday or Saturday). The total times are combined to produce combination laps/time in the Women’s and Men’s class. You must register for both competitions separately and notify us at info@nordicsportevent.se that you intend to participate in GGN Challenge.
SWEDISH ENDUROCLASSICS
The competition that concludes A SWEDISH CLASSICS is the third competition. Stångebroslaget and Ränneslättloppet are the other two competitions included. Memorial medal was sent to the drivers who completed all three competitions during the same year, check on the respective page for the correct criteria for the number of laps driven.
RESPONSIBILITY
All particiapants in GGN’s all classes must have an approved license from the Swedish Motorcycle and Snowmobile Association (Svemo). As a driver, you are insured for personal injury during the competition. You as the driver are responsible for ensuring your motor vehicle yourself, since the license via Svemo does not apply in case of damage to the vehicle.
During the competition in the new area, there is a total ban on driving any motorized vehicle (applies to the entire competition area and outside the track). Should anyone (this also applies to service personnel, teams, or family members of competitors) contravene these regulations, the person concerned is suspended from GGN next year. Everyone with a vehicle permit may drive to and from the assigned depot. All competitors may drive to the starting area before their start with a maximum speed of 30 km/h. This means that others, service personnel, teams, or family members can get there on foot or by bicycle.
We have to do this measure so that GGN can continue for many more years in the new area, which is water-protected and with consideration for landowners and nearby residents.
ILLEGAL DRIVING IN THE AREA All forms of illegal driving in the area and on the GGN track outside of competition during the remainder of the year are prohibited. You must understand that we can only organize GGN for more years if you follow this simple rule. We have promised landowners and authorities that you will not abuse this. We will permanently ban anyone caught from competing on GGN.

- GENERAL
These General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) apply to competitions / events organized by the NSE or appointed organizer of the NSE. By the terms “NSE,” is meant Nordic Sport & Event AB, org. 556761-0489. Completed purchase of space for any of our competitions / events means that you agree to our Terms and Conditions at any time. To participate in some of our competitions / events, you must have reached a certain age. If you register for a race for a person other than yourself, you are responsible for ensuring that this person has attended and complies with our terms and conditions. Please note that for some of our competitions / events there is a time limit for implementation, and you are aware of and accept that we may therefore finish a race before you have reached the finish line. - REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
A purchase of a venue for our competitions / events can be canceled up to 24 hours after the purchase has been completed. Thereafter, the application is considered definitive, and you are not entitled to demand a refund of the fee. Purchases of starting places in sporting events on a specific day or for a specified period of time are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Law (2005: 59) on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises. * EXCEPTION WHEN PURCHASING CANCELLATION PROTECTION. - REBUD
For reimbursement, read our rules under the heading of cancellation protection * below. If you would like to cancel your participation in any of our competitions / events email us at info@nordicsportevent.se. Cancellation cover can be purchased for SEK 100 per person. The cancellation cover will not be refunded. - * CANCELLATION PROTECTION
Cancellation cover costs 150 SEK. The registration fee in addition to an administrative fee of SEK 150 is refunded on the purchase of cancellation cover. Does not apply to travel or accommodation in connection with the competition / event. The cancellation cover can only be taken out in connection with the application. Cancellation can be canceled. 10 days before competition / event with cancellation protection (medical certificate or certificate from the authority is always required) Otherwise, the entry fee will not be refunded. The cancellation fee will not be refunded. The cancellation cover applies if the following occurs.
– Deaths, illnesses or accidents of a serious nature, affecting yourself, spouse, partner, your or their parents, children, siblings or fellow travelers.
– Invitation to the armed forces or civil defense.
– There is some other serious incident outside your control, eg extensive fire or flooding in your home, which means that it is not reasonable to request that you stick to your application. You must be able to prove your obstacle with a certificate from a doctor, authority or insurance company. Certificates that arrive later than 7 days after the cancellation date are not considered. Cancellation cover 150 SEK (0% VAT). * See further information under the liability section. If cancellation protection has not been taken out at the time of registration, we reserve the right not to refund any of the registration fee. - CHANGE OF PARTICIPANT NAMES
The registration for our competitions / events is personal and you must not allow anyone else to participate in your name or hand over the registration to anyone else. - PERSONAL DATA
By approving these General Terms and Conditions you agree that your name and year of birth will be published in our start and result lists. You who for personal reasons do not want your name to appear in the start or result lists can notify us by e-mail: info@nordicsportevent.se. Indicate which race (s) it refers to. Nordic Sport & Event complies with the Swedish Data Inspectorate’s rules regarding the handling of personal data. By submitting your application you agree that your name will be registered and published in start and result lists, including on our website. Nordic Sport & Event processes your personal data in order to handle your requests, as well as to create a registration profile. The personal data and registration profile is used to register for the race and match you with any previous registration, so as to link your previous statistics to you. The personal details and registration profile are also used to contact you, as well as to communicate information and offers. In order for us to form an idea of what you are interested in, we use the information you provide. By agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions you agree that images and films from our competitions / events may be used on websites, in advertisements and printed matter for Nordic Sport & Events competitions / events, without requiring special compensation. If you do not want to appear in the picture, you can notify us at info@nordicsportevent.se. Enter your name, start number and race. All rights to commercial sales of video films / photos from the competition are reserved by Nordic Sport & Event AB. Anyone wishing to purchase film and / or photo rights is asked to contact Nordic Sport & Event’s office info@nordicsportevent.se for permits and agreements well in advance of the competition. Written agreement is included for presentation on inspection. All other sales in the competition area are prohibited without the organizer’s permission. In order to offer a set of different payment options, EST needs your personal, contact and order information. The use of this information is regulated in accordance with the applicable data protection law.
We are very careful about security when entering credit card numbers. All transfers are encrypted and we never store your bank account number or credit card number. When you place your order, the amount is deducted from your account when you confirm the purchase. As a customer, you have an obligation to make sure that there is money in your account at the time of payment. If the account does not have coverage or if for some other reason it is not possible to withdraw the money, your application will not be processed. - BOOKING CONFIRMATION
After you have made your application, we will send you a booking confirmation via email. To ensure that we have received the correct information, you should check the booking confirmation as soon as possible and notify us if something is not right. Incorrect notification is not recorded as a notification. The organizer will not contact participants by phone or email to correct incorrect notification. - LIABILITY
Participation in any of our competitions / events is at your own risk and therefore we cannot be held responsible if you injure yourself or if your clothing or equipment is damaged during any of our races. We cannot be held liable for any damages arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or rules or instructions applicable to any of our competitions / events. The organizer is exempt from liability in the event of a natural disaster, war, decision by the authorities and thus a comparable event beyond our control, which could not reasonably be foreseen and which affects purchases made or commitments on our part (eg our ability to arrange a competition / event). In such an event (Force majeure), the conditions for * cancellation protection do not apply as this is completely outside our “NSE” or designated organizer of NSE’s control. If one of our contests / events is canceled or moved due to an event beyond our control or for the safety of the participants, you are not entitled to demand a refund of the entry fee or other compensation from the organizer. The organizer also does not take any responsibility for canceled transport to and from the competition / event. - DISPUTES
If you are not satisfied with any of our competitions / events, please contact us at info@nordicsportevent.se or 0498-691200. If you are then not satisfied, you can contact the General Complaints Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, or the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. We do not undertake to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures, but will take a final position on this issue in the event of a dispute.
